When we were in our twenties, thirties and even our forties it seemed so far away that we never thought of it. Well, guess what, we should have, because taking control of your health is important at any age.
Did you know that your skin starts to lose its elasticity after the age of thirty? So if you are not eating properly and not moving your body even in your twenties and into your thirties, you will start to see skin that is sagging and guess what you don't have to be old to have this happen.
