Brain Power... Did you know that when an individual meditates they are actually exercising their brain? Meditation is like cardio for your brain. Meditating keeps your brain healthy and strong, says a recent study out of UCLA. The study took a group of individuals who meditated on a regular basis and found that they had a larger number of white-matter fibers which made their brains larger and, therefore, better equipped to combat age related atrophy.
