Change Your Mind, Change Your Body Change Your Life Workshop:
Date: TBD, date will now be in February...

Where: Angus Glen Golf and Country Club, 10080 Kennedy Road, Markham, Ontario
Food: Tea & Muffins, Lunch and Snack
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST (2 15 minute breaks and 1 hour break for lunch)
Cost: $175.00 plus HST, $150.00 early bird special, 2 person ticket $325.00
*$50.00 deposit is required

Session 1:  Change your Mind:
1.  Do your old behaviour patterns hold you back?
2.  Do you keep sabotaging yourself?
3.  Do you feel hopeless and lost?
4.  Do you talk negatively to yourself?
5.  Do you have a plan and a strategy to Change Your Mind? 

Session 2: Change Your Body:
1.  Do find yourself starting new lifestyle plans and then giving up?
2.  Do you dislike exercise?
3.  Do you dislike certain foods?
4.  Do you know the foods that you can substitute for your trigger foods?
5.  Do you feel as though changing your body is too difficult a task?
6.  Do you feed your emotions through food?
7.  Do you find that certain times of the day trigger your desire to eat?
8.  Do you have a plan and a strategy to Change Your Body?

Session 3: Change your Life:
1.  Do you feel unsatisfied with your relationships?
2.  Do you feel unsatisfied with your business or your job?
3.  Do you feel alone?
4.  Do you find yourself getting depressed often?
5.  Do you feel hopeless?
6.  Do you feel you have accomplished very little in your life?
7.  Do you blame others for your failures?
8.  Do you have the tools and a strategy to Change Your Life?

The Exciting Road Toward Anti-Aging

First of all, before we can understand Anti-aging we have to understand Aging in layman's terms.  That means the kind of aging that we may experience after the age of 50.  The new aches and pains, the feeling of being bloated, the mild feelings of depression, the lack of enthusiasm, weight gain, and generally feeling, "Who Am I" and "What Have I Become?"....That is Aging.

Not feeling the aches and pains, not feeling bloated, not feeling depressed, not feeling unenthusiastic, not gaining weight and knowing Who You Are and What You Have Become ... That is Anti-Aging.

You ask ... how do I achieve that?  The answer is start taking care of yourself before Aging starts, or in the alternative, if you are experiencing some of these symptoms then begin right now to change things.
  • Find an exercise program that works for you.
  • Find out what foods make you feel bloated (you may be experiencing some food allergies).
  • Learn how to meditate.
  • Learn to eat clean without depriving yourself.

Take a real hard look at yourself in the Mirror and decide what you want to look like and what you want your life to look like.  Find a supportive environment to make these changes.  That may be a Life Coach...

If you are ready to crack the code ... If you are ready to get in the zone ... If you are ready to achieve sustainable change ... If you are not looking for a quick fix ... and If you are willing to do whatever it takes to get there, then you are on the road toward Anti-Aging and being and feeling ageless, which is a life long journey.  In my sixth decade of life, I am still on this fun and exciting journey and loving every minute of it.
